RETURN POLICY

Upon delivery, it is recommended to promptly inspect the goods. Any concerns regarding their condition or whether they meet your expectations should be reported immediately.

To initiate a return, requests must be made within three days of delivery. Please email info@talatiniboutique.com for shipping instructions and labels.

Returned watches must be in the same condition as when they were sold. Once we receive the returned items, a refund will be processed within three days, minus any shipping costs.

If the goods are found to be faulty upon inspection, options include replacement, repair, or a partial/full refund, depending on the return requirements.

Please note that deductions may be made for any wear and tear. Missing or damaged paperwork can reduce the refund by up to 40% due to its impact on resale value.

The buyer is responsible for return postage, packaging, and insurance, though any shipping costs originally paid by us will be deducted from the refund.
