RETURN POLICY

Upon delivery, we recommend promptly inspecting your watch. If you have any concerns about its condition or whether it meets your expectations, please report them immediately.

Returns will only be accepted for valid reasons. A refund may be issued if the watch is found to be faulty or does not match the images shown. Requests for returns based on preference changes will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, you must submit a request within 48 hours of delivery. Please email info@talatiniboutique.com for shipping instructions and return labels.

Returned watches must be in the same condition as when sold. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, the refund will be up for review. If the refund is acceptable and granted, it will be issued within three days, minus any shipping cost.

Once returned, If the watch is found to be faulty upon inspection, needs replacement parts, or repair, we can asses and offer partial/full refund or repair. Deductions may be applied for any wear and tear. Additionally, missing or damaged paperwork can reduce the refund by up to 40% due to its impact on resale value.

The buyer is responsible for return postage, packaging, and insurance. Any shipping costs originally covered by us will be deducted from the refund.
